**Your challenge will be:** * Monitor and track trips; * Handle incident events related to losses, damages, and occurrences; * Answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers, partners, and suppliers to provide clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operate internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Office suite knowledge is desirable; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Strong drive to deliver results, high energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude!
