Job Description: We are seeking professionals to work as Relationship Attendants at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves inbound and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, cordiality, and agility in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide customer service, either in person or via digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
