Job Summary: The Production Assistant at Quatá supports teams in executing production and packaging processes, performing low-complexity tasks while keeping the workplace organized. Assist in production services, potentially working across various areas in low-complexity activities, supporting and assisting teams in executing part of the production processes, providing support to the production and packaging of company products, assisting operators in unloading raw materials, feeding and operating various equipment, and handling finished products, as well as cleaning and organizing the workplace—following instructions and complying with standards, procedures, and protocols for service execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in executing low-complexity production activities, as directed by your immediate supervisor or team, maintaining the workplace, parts, accessories, and devices clean and organized. * Perform support services for the production process, assisting Operators in equipment preparation and workflow monitoring, supplying or feeding equipment with raw material loads, removing waste, and performing control readings or simple equipment handling under direct supervision. * Assist in the filling and packaging process of company products. * Remove boxes containing packaged products, distribute them onto pallets, and proceed with wrapping—positioning and activating equipment to wrap materials with plastic film for protection, making loads available for storage and subsequent dispatch. * Support internal material and product movement across production stages and between equipment, based on received instructions. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, and preserve tools and equipment—keeping them organized and clean for reuse, requesting maintenance services when necessary, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures. * Work in processes such as: Milk Selection and Reception, Filtration, Molding, Pre-pressing (drain press), Forming and Pressing (press), Fermentation, Salting, Drying, Maturation, Primary Packaging, Secondary Packaging. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education **Desirable:** * Quality awareness based on 5S principles * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Food Safety (HACCP) * Allergen Control * Halal product knowledge * NR 12: Machinery and Equipment * NR 20: Flammable Liquids * NR 25: Industrial Waste * NR 33: Confined Spaces (where applicable) * NR 35: Working at Heights (where applicable) * Chemical handling (where applicable) **Additional Information** **We take the well-being of Our People very seriously!
