If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter supplier invoices into the MEGA system to monitor managerial budgets and process supplier payments; * Enter notary and ACIRP service invoices into the ERP system (MEGA) to offset amounts utilized throughout the month; * Update the department’s performance indicator spreadsheet in Excel for monthly tracking of the bonus policy; * Manage and pay IPTU (urban property tax) and condominium fees for apartments in inventory, coordinating with the condominium management company to ensure timely payments and effective control; * Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel and Word (basic/intermediate level); * Basic computer literacy; * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Corporate University; * Wellhub; * Dental care assistance; * Medical assistance; * Day Off; * Wellz; * Life insurance. **The moment to look toward the new.
