We seek a professional with e-commerce operations experience, capable of autonomously executing, controlling, and monitoring the department’s operational processes, ensuring efficiency, organization, and quality in digital operations. * Execute e-commerce operational routines. * Manage product registration, updates, and maintenance. * Ensure consistency of pricing, images, descriptions, and commercial information. * Monitor the order operational flow, from sale to dispatch. * Coordinate integration among Sales, Inventory, Support, and Dispatch teams. * Monitor product availability and inventory discrepancies. * Support commercial campaigns and promotional activities. * Execute customer service, post-sales, exchanges, and returns processes. * Track operational KPIs and prepare monitoring reports. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities within departmental processes. * Ensure compliance with operational standards and customer experience requirements. Requirements: **Education:** Completed High School. Higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields currently in progress is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** E-commerce platform operations. Product registration and management. Excel or Google Sheets (Intermediate level). ERP systems. Microsoft Office Suite. **Digital channel customer service.** **Advantages** Marketplace experience.
