Job Summary: The professional will ensure the quality, safety, and technical compliance of compounded medications, supervising the team and Good Compounding Practices. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as the technical responsible person and maintain up-to-date documentation **Job Mission** Ensure the **quality, safety, and technical compliance** of compounded medications by working directly in the laboratory, supervising auxiliary staff, and ensuring adherence to **Good Compounding Practices**, sanitary regulations, and current legislation. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor **all stages of the pharmaceutical compounding process**, from weighing to final product release. * Guide, train, and supervise the **laboratory auxiliary staff**, ensuring standardization, organization, and technical quality. * Ensure compliance with **Good Compounding Practices (GCP)** and regulations issued by **ANVISA**, the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), and sanitary surveillance agencies. * Review formulas, prescriptions, and compounding orders, evaluating **technical feasibility and pharmaceutical compatibility**. * Monitor and validate **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** and laboratory records. * Control and supervise the use of **raw materials, supplies, and equipment**, ensuring appropriate storage and traceability. * Serve as the **technical responsible person**, where applicable, maintaining updated documentation, licenses, and records. **Requirements** * Completed degree in **Pharmacy**, with an **active CRF registration**. * Experience in **compounding/artisanal pharmacy**. * Knowledge of **Good Compounding Practices** and current sanitary legislation. * Experience in **supervising laboratory teams** will be considered a plus.
