**Job Opening: Generalist Human Resources Analyst** We are seeking a **Generalist Human Resources Analyst** with strategic vision who works closely with leadership to directly contribute to employee development and strengthen organizational culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end **Recruitment and Selection** processes, including job profile alignment, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback; * Develop and implement **Individual Development Plans (IDPs)** and training initiatives; * Design and execute **organizational climate improvement** initiatives, including surveys, action plans, and indicator tracking; * Plan and organize **internal and external events**, reinforcing employee engagement and company culture; * Manage **internal marketing**, creating campaigns, internal communications, and employee recognition initiatives; * Maintain **continuous interaction with leadership**, supporting people management, team development, and conflict resolution; * Monitor HR metrics and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR, with focus on R\&S and organizational development; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive mindset; * Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate strategically. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in organizational culture and employee engagement; * Familiarity with internal communication tools and design (internal marketing); * Knowledge of people development methodologies. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Mobility allowance * Health and dental insurance * Birthday day off * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Gympass * Study assistance * Childcare assistance * Assistance for persons with disabilities ON-SITE POSITION Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 2-hour lunch break Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Salary: R$2\.929,00 \- R$3\.402,00 per month Selection Questions: * Have you previously worked in recruitment and selection? * Have you participated in initiatives to improve company climate or engage employees? * Please provide your LinkedIn profile link Work Location: On-site
