Execution of Mondelez product sales and commercial negotiation **Requirements:** * **Reside in Ituiutaba/MG**; * **Driver's License Category B;** * Completed high school education; * **Experience in external sales**; * Strong communication skills; * Organizational skills; **Advantages and Benefits:** * Fixed salary; * Commission; * Performance-based bonus; * Meal allowance; * Fuel allowance; * Co-payment medical plan; * Life insurance; * Gympass (Wellhub). **Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative service to retail customers, strengthening commercial relationships; * Prospect new customers and business opportunities within the assigned region; * Execute the sales and delivery process for Mondelez products (Lacta, Trident, Halls, Bis, Club Social, among others); * Negotiate commercial terms (price, payment terms, volume, and promotional campaigns); * Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance indicators; * Ensure proper in-store execution of products (product placement, pricing, and brand visibility); * Report market information, competitor activity, and business opportunities to the commercial team; * Represent the company with ethical, proactive, and customer-oriented conduct. **About Max Doces:** For over 28 years, serving the retail market across the Triângulo Mineiro region.
