Verification of completed services **Building Technician** **Work Location:** Ituiutaba – MG **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday **Salary:** R$ 2.663,85 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 32,85 per day * Snack allowance: R$ 5,00 per day * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (Gympass) * SESI agreement * Life insurance ### **Responsibilities** * Support the inspection team in monitoring workforce attendance at construction sites, renovations, and building maintenance; * Assist in measurements and quantification of materials and services performed; * Support daily logging and control of construction site occurrences; * Assist in receiving, handling, and inventory control of materials; * Verify quantity, specifications, and condition of received materials and equipment; * Monitor and support verification of completed services; * Report any interference or inconsistencies identified during activities to the team. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed technical course in Building Construction * *(Civil Engineering or Architecture degrees also accepted)* * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role * Basic computer skills ### **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organized and detail-oriented * Ethical and responsible * Interpersonal relationship skills * Collaborative spirit and teamwork orientation * Proactive and practical judgment in daily tasks Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * vt * va * sesi * life insurance * gympass
