Main Responsibilities Supervise the HR team, promoting their technical and behavioral development; Participate in the definition and implementation of internal policies and HR programs; Supervise recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with defined profiles; Monitor new employee integration and support onboarding; Support and guide leaders and managers in people management routines; Participate in building, conducting, and supporting performance evaluations and people development programs; Act as a connector between employees, horizontally or vertically within the structure, ensuring smooth internal communication, interpersonal relationships, and management; Analyze and report area indicators to support decision-making; Collaborate and consistently practice synergy with personnel administration practices; Cooperate in complying with safety, occupational health, and current legislation standards; **Prerequisites:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas is desirable. **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in HR subsystems (especially TA, TD, Performance Evaluations, and Career); Experience in team supervision and generalist HR roles; Familiarity with industrial environments and the food sector is a plus. **Technical Skills:** Office Suite (Intermediate to advanced Excel); Performance evaluation tools and employee development programs; Knowledge of labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and influence; Effective communication; Enjoy working with and for people; Organizational and prioritization skills; Systemic thinking and solution focus; Professional discretion and ethics; Conflict management ability; Creativity. **Other Requirements:** Mobility and availability for travel; Motivation for self-development; Self-management; Availability for in-person work.
