This professional profile also includes strategic vision and action regarding organizational structure. Ensuring short-, medium-, and long-term structural needs aligned with the company's requirements guarantees the capacity to fulfill its organizational mission. Key Responsibilities * Lead and continuously develop the HR team of professionals. * Lead the operation of HR subsystems: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, * Internal Communication, Organizational Climate and Culture. * Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines. * Act as a strategic partner to the company's executive leadership. * Promote performance management and people development initiatives, considering present and future objectives, including succession planning. * Monitor strategic HR indicators and propose action plans. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and the company's cultural traits. * Lead organizational transformation projects and culture and engagement initiatives. * Manage budgets and contracts related to the HR area. Prerequisites: Education: Postgraduate degree in People Management, Psychology, Leadership, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with generalist background and leadership roles. Familiarity with industrial dynamics in the food sector is a significant advantage. Experience managing teams and interfacing with senior leadership. Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance practices. Technical Skills: HR management systems (ERP, recognition platforms, performance evaluation, among others); Office Suite; English (desirable); Behavioral Competencies: Leadership and influence.
