Position: PROCESS ANALYST City: Uberlândia Responsibilities and Activities: Map, model, analyze, and redesign processes (AS IS / TO BE). Identify opportunities for improvement, reduction of rework, and efficiency gains. Participate in implementation and configuration of workflows in Sankhya Flow. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and automations in the Flow module. Gather requirements from business areas. Translate operational needs into systemic solutions within Sankhya. Support key users in ERP utilization. Ensure proper integration among Sankhya modules. Address incidents and drive evolutionary improvements related to processes. Create technical and functional documentation for implemented processes and workflows. Mandatory Requirements: Solid experience in process mapping and improvement. Practical experience with Sankhya ERP (implementation, support, or evolution). Advanced knowledge of Sankhya Flow module (workflow creation and maintenance, configuration, business rules, notifications, and integrations). Ability to act as a bridge between business areas and IT. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, PDCA, Lean, or similar). Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or related fields; postgraduate degree in the area is desirable. Desirable Qualifications: Experience in Sankhya implementation or expansion projects. Knowledge of SQL for queries and validations. Familiarity with API-based integrations within the Sankhya ecosystem. Certifications related to BPM or Sankhya. Behavioral Competencies: Analytical and data-oriented profile.
