If you enjoy challenges and professional growth, join us! **Job Description** The Administrative Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the company’s administrative and maintenance processes, as well as supply management, ensuring organizational structure, operational efficiency, and internal procedural compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage supplies, including purchase control, inventory management, and supplier negotiations; * Monitor bidding processes, including tender analysis, document organization, and deadline tracking; * Perform cost estimation for installation and maintenance projects, developing cost compositions and feasibility analyses; * Monitor maintenance service execution, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Maintain contact with clients to track maintenance contracts and collect feedback; * Manage documentation, contracts, and administrative files, ensuring legal compliance; * Oversee administrative departments, guaranteeing smooth internal process operations; * Interface with accounting, monitoring accounting, tax, and financial routines; * Monitor and control Personnel Department processes (payroll, benefits, hiring, dismissals, and statutory obligations); * Support and conduct Human Resources routines (recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, and internal initiatives); * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators, providing strategic support to executive leadership in decision-making. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Administration * Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Valid driver's license **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week. **Work Location:** On-site / Contagem Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have experience in People Management?
