If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a results-oriented and excellence-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Electro-Electronic Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting the maintenance team in executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electro-electronic systems used on highways, such as monitoring systems, toll systems, lighting, traffic control systems, among others. This professional contributes to ensuring the safety and proper functioning of equipment and systems deployed under highway concessions. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic and electro-electronic highway systems, including monitoring systems, cameras, lighting, toll control systems, air conditioning, and signage; * Support the installation, calibration, and adjustment of electro-electronic systems and devices on highway equipment; * Conduct periodic inspections of highway equipment and systems to identify potential failures and perform electrical/electronic repairs when necessary; * Perform functional tests on electronic and automation systems, such as security camera systems, traffic sensors, etc.; * Assist in the installation and maintenance of electronic signage systems, such as variable message signs (VMS) and monitoring cameras; * Manage inventory of materials and spare parts for electro-electronic system maintenance, ensuring timely replenishment; * Assist in preparing maintenance reports and technical documentation of performed services; * Ensure all highway maintenance safety procedures, technical standards, and regulatory requirements are followed during maintenance activities; * Collaborate with the team to optimize maintenance processes and improve highway system efficiency; * Assist in assembling and installing distribution panels using electrical/electronic components and safety devices; * Assist in installing vehicle-counting sensors on highways to monitor vehicle count and types traveling across the highway network; * Monitor photovoltaic plant generation and preventive/corrective maintenance; * Assist in preparing and issuing technical reports in documented format and record corrective actions performed; * Operate vehicles during working hours, complying with requirements established by the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB) and company internal procedures; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor to meet organizational demands; * Provide support during emergency situations, such as traffic control or toll system failures; * Properly utilize systems and resources provided by the company to perform assigned tasks, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Be knowledgeable of and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, as applicable to the role, as established by the company or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School; Technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields is desirable; Basic knowledge of electro-electronic systems, automation, equipment maintenance, and computer skills (Office Suite, Internet); Willingness to undertake short business trips. **Additional Information** On-site work in Fronteira/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company’s employment regime). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The East MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned segment of BR-158 extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for the concession of BR-262, stretching from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins at BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG — from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG — from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – BR-364 MT Highway Concessionaire S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed responsibility for 30 years for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. The federal concession is a project implemented across Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364, key routes transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and ports across Brazil. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
