




Responsibilities: Lead the company's digital transformation, develop and recommend technological solutions. Plan system migrations, integrations, and upgrades. Supervise technical teams and ensure effective prioritization and distribution of tasks. Oversee the complete system development lifecycle (analysis, prototyping, testing, deployment, training). Manage IT infrastructure, data communications, telephony, and telecommunications. Approve new equipment, solutions, and technologies. Collaborate with vendors and provide support to other departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience managing IT teams and internal processes. * Experience in system integration and migration. * Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure. * Proficiency in TOTVS (RM or Protheus). * Basic knowledge of databases. * Experience with information security, LGPD, and internal data protection policies. * Competencies in IT governance. * Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technological solution validation. * Experience with technical documentation and managerial reporting.
