**Responsibilities:** Conduct daily visits in your area of operation to prospect new clients (PAP); Meet daily targets for prospecting, service sales, and product sales; Manage a retail-profile client portfolio; Conduct client visits; Perform after-sales service and periodic visits (delight and monetize); Establish commercial networking and customer loyalty actions (know well the operating region, opinion leaders, local authorities, and be attentive to opportunities); Work on client recovery and protection aiming to increase portfolio profitability; Participate in training sessions and stay constantly updated on our products, processes, and services (adopt a proactive attitude, be self-led). **Requirements:** High school diploma completed; higher education completed or in progress is a differentiator but not mandatory; Experience in external sales; Experience negotiating with large clients, sales, prospecting, and developing relationship and loyalty strategies; Possession of an existing client portfolio in the region; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
