Job Summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining highly complex production machinery and equipment, ensuring product quality and smooth operational performance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform autonomous maintenance routines and report failures Responsible for operating highly complex production machinery and equipment according to assigned line/module/cell and shift, involving automated systems and/or electro-mechanical and electronic devices; feeding production lines with raw materials and packaging; and inspecting the visual and physical quality of products—thereby controlling valve machines, compressors, pumps, cylinder engraving machines, digital displays, palletizers, and other production machinery and equipment under their responsibility, in accordance with instructions from their area supervisor and using personal protective equipment correctly. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1) Operate highly complex production machinery and equipment according to assigned production line and shift, feed production lines with raw materials and packaging, control valve machines, compressors, pumps, cylinder engraving machines, digital displays, and other production machinery and equipment under their responsibility, using personal protective equipment correctly. 2) Conduct machine performance checklists to ensure optimal operation, perform autonomous maintenance (AM) routines, and report failures. 3) Collect product and raw material samples and continuously verify final product quality using appropriate calipers and/or visual inspection. 4) Package, remove, and transport raw materials and finished products using designated equipment. 5) Record daily operational data and ensure 6S compliance within the module. 6) Train team members within the area. 7) Perform brand changeovers on machinery. 8) Adhere to EHS policies, practices outlined in the Road Map, and BAT’s ESG agenda. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
