Job Summary: Professional responsible for pump maintenance, process control, chemical dosing, and industrial organization, including cleaning and equipment handling activities. Key Highlights: 1. Centrifugal and helical pump maintenance 2. Process control using DCS or SCADA systems 3. Chemical dosing and equipment operation Centrifugal and helical pump maintenance; Understanding of industrial processes, DCS or SCADA systems; Performing vinasse feeding, lime dosing, and biodigester agitation; Chemical dosing with lime, FEEDTA, KOH; filter press washing and cake removal; sulfur weighing; Cleaning (sweeping and washing) of all industrial areas, goods receiving, checklist completion; Draining liquid from all points using motorized pumps and submersible pumps; Warehouse organization, embankment maintenance, grass care or weed removal; Desulfurization tower and pall ring washing; and Forklift training for unloading lime and PTA for PVS maintenance.
