Directly involved in **leasing, return, and maintenance processes**, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses and providing support to internal departments and clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site inspections of properties prior to leasing, return, or maintenance; * Assess the overall condition of properties, including structure, electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and finishes; * Identify damages, defects, and repair requirements; * Prepare **comprehensive and objective inspection reports**, accompanied by photographic and video documentation; * Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and valid for contractual purposes or potential disputes; * Schedule inspections and maintain communication with tenants and landlords to clarify questions; * Advise on necessary adjustments and repairs before property handover or occupancy; * Record and update inspection information in real estate management systems; * Ensure property conditions comply with the lease agreement; * Validate property return based on the initial inspection report; * Collaborate with leasing, termination, and maintenance departments; * Monitor and oversee repair services when required. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred); * Experience in real estate inspections, building maintenance, or similar areas; * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building preservation systems; * Ability to prepare technical reports; * Proficiency in using systems, applications, and image recording tools; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Valid driver’s license (preferred).
