Ensure the organization, control, and security of luggage **Position: Bellboy** **General Description:** The Bellboy is responsible for greeting guests and providing various support services upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure. Duties include handling luggage, delivering documents, and assisting at the front desk, all aimed at ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort. **Responsibilities:** * Greet guests/customers upon arrival at the hotel, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms. * Introduce hotel facilities and provide general information regarding services, operating hours, and infrastructure. * Deliver documents, packages, and other requests to guest rooms. * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the front desk (ashtrays, newspapers, magazines, etc.). * Safeguard, monitor, and ensure the security of luggage, including identification via luggage tags. * Maintain control and organization of items stored in the baggage room. * Drive guests’ vehicles to parking areas when authorized and necessary. * Arrange taxi services and provide support for various guest requests. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed high school (mandatory) **Courses:** * — (no specific requirement) **Technical Knowledge:** * — (no minimum requirement) * Preferred: Basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality **Languages:** * English – Basic level (preferred) **Behavioral Competencies:** * Creativity * Problem solving * Contribution to results * Passion for service * Flexibility * Commitment * Dynamism * Teamwork * Organization * Communication **Personal Characteristics:** * Attention to detail * Discretion * Proactivity * Friendliness
