Job Summary: Construction professional responsible for assisting masons in various tasks, from preparing the construction site to cleaning and organizing. Key Highlights: 1. Assists masons in preparing and organizing work on the construction site 2. Participates in preparing the construction site and assists with installation 3. Assists in cleaning machinery, equipment, and in selecting materials Monitor the preparation and organization of work carried out by masons. Check tools, equipment, and selected materials to be used on the construction site. Participate in preparing the construction site, helping set up facilities such as accommodations, dining areas, and changing rooms. Arrange materials in a safe and protected location, as per the plan. Excavate trenches for foundation concrete pouring, following established procedures. Prepare and homogenize mortar mixtures for masonry laying, measuring and adding materials under supervision. Assist in preparing and installing surface coverings such as tiles, bricks, and stones. Help cut materials to specified sizes for installation. May assist in demolition tasks, breaking down and dismantling masonry structures. Perform soil cleaning and compaction. Supply masons with materials required to carry out tasks. Support transportation of tools and work instruments to activity locations. May erect and dismantle scaffolding. Install stairs and trestles. Assist in cleaning machinery, equipment, and tools. Organize materials in storage areas. Participate in cleaning the construction area, removing debris. Assist in selecting reusable materials and environmentally appropriate disposal of waste. Ensure safety by preventing fires and accidents.
