We are looking for a competent Account Executive to identify business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You will be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our partner base. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the commercial area. We expect you to be a reliable professional capable of balancing customer orientation with results generation. The goal is to identify opportunities and transform them into profitable, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00 Work Mode: 100% On-site Compensation: Fixed salary + Commission Responsibilities and Duties: * Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals; * Generate new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships; * Present services to potential customers, analyze consumer needs, and develop innovative solutions; * Provide professional post-sales support to enhance customer loyalty; * Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer satisfaction; * Develop and execute strategic plans, as well as reliable forecasts; * Consistently achieve business and revenue targets as defined in your plan. Commercial / Consultative Sales Requirements: * Prior experience in consultative or B2B sales: Experience across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. * Negotiation and persuasion skills: Ability to present solutions aligned with customer pain points. * Excellent verbal and written communication: To clearly and persuasively present services. * Goal- and results-oriented: Focus on achieving KPIs, revenue forecasts, and sustainable growth. * Analytical and problem-solving skills: Important for handling complaints and proposing effective solutions. * Knowledge of CRM and sales tools: Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. * Strategic planning: Develop commercial actions based on data and projections. * Personal vehicle.
