




Job Summary: The Internship Cycle Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating the pedagogical and administrative activities of a medical training cycle, ensuring teaching excellence and interdisciplinary integration. Ensure compliance with national curriculum guidelines As an **Internship Cycle Coordinator**, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating pedagogical and administrative activities related to a specific cycle (basic, clinical, or internship) of the Medicine program. Your role is to ensure teaching excellence, interdisciplinary integration, achievement of educational objectives, and adherence to national curriculum guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee daily operations of your cycle, including coordination of class and exam schedules, as well as compliance with academic processes; * Monitor and ensure compliance with institutional academic policies and procedures; * Ensure timely completion of academic processes, such as course offering registration on the portal, complementary activities, submission of internship documentation, and final course project deliverables; * Collaborate closely with the Academic Operational Coordinator and the Academic General Coordinator, demonstrating commitment and focus to continuously improve the teaching process, providing faculty with all necessary guidance to meet academic goals and deadlines, encouraging\-them to participate in institutional training programs, thereby offering them a competitive advantage that our students will recognize, thus contributing to continuous improvement of academic quality; * Develop and implement the cycle’s teaching plan, aligned with the program’s pedagogical project and MEC guidelines; * Coordinate the academic calendar and theoretical and practical activities; * Review and update syllabi, aligning\-them with scientific and medical practice innovations; * Conduct meetings with faculty to ensure interdisciplinary integration; * Monitor student performance and take action to support their development; * Coordinate and guide faculty regarding pedagogical practices and teaching methodologies; * Facilitate communication between faculty and the program’s general and operational coordination; * Participate in faculty selection and evaluation processes for the cycle under your responsibility; * Monitor faculty performance and implementation of teaching methodologies; * Supervise the organization of internships, practical activities, and teaching in healthcare services, ensuring quality clinical learning experiences; * Coordinate partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and health centers, ensuring diversity and quality of practical learning opportunities; * Regularly evaluate the cycle and propose improvements to the curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment practices; * Establish communication channels with students to provide academic guidance and resolve any questions or issues; * Conduct periodic meetings with students to provide feedback and ensure educational expectations and needs are met; * Ensure the cycle complies with Ministry of Education (MEC) guidelines and regulatory bodies; * Guarantee documentation and execution of internal and external course evaluation processes. **Required:** Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine. **Work Location:** Araguari \- MG
