We are seeking a professional to join our team as Production Supervisor. **Main requirements:** Technical or higher education degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields is desirable; Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in dairy products; Experience in people management; Proactivity and organization; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Availability to work flexible hours. **Main responsibilities:** Lead and guide the production team in daily activities, ensuring compliance with processes and targets; Monitor the use of raw materials and equipment, and ensure proper operation of machinery; Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards; Prepare daily production reports and submit them to Coordination to support decision-making; Prepare machine downtime reports, detailing the problem, downtime duration, and solution applied; Conduct periodic team meetings to align processes and procedures, as well as to gather ideas for process improvement and optimization;
