Responsibilities and Duties **You will:** Develop sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored to the B2B segment, aligned with company objectives; Identify irrigation market trends, emerging demands, and growth opportunities across different regions and sectors; Stay updated on B2B market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies; Set sales targets for enterprise clients and create plans to achieve them, ensuring market share expansion; Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, including agricultural cooperatives, citrus producers, sugarcane and ethanol mills, and large-scale producers; Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients by delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction with the company’s products or services; Prepare regular reports for senior management on B2B segment performance and future opportunities; Develop action plans, manage sales teams, and ensure the company achieves its B2B revenue targets within your portfolio.
