We have an opening for you to become a **Kubernetes Platforms Expert (OpenShift, EKS, AKS)** **Your role here will be:** We are seeking an expert with solid experience, strategic vision and strong expertise in Cloud solutions to drive the evolution, performance and resilience of Kubernetes environments across OpenShift, AWS EKS and Azure AKS platforms. This professional will serve as the technical reference for the team, responsible for strategic decisions, guidance on best practices, knowledge dissemination and steering of critical initiatives related to automation, stability and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as technical reference in technological evolution and automation initiatives, promoting technical development, guidance and continuous upskilling of Analysts and other team members. * Define standards, architectures and best practices for Kubernetes, CI/CD and automation environments, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and market trends. * Act as the technical focal point in strategic meetings, decision-making forums and cross-functional projects involving development, infrastructure, security and governance teams. * Lead analysis and resolution of critical incidents, conduct post-mortems and implement preventive actions to improve environment resilience and stability. * Orchestrate and supervise implementation of complex automations, aiming to increase operational efficiency, reduce risks and optimize costs. * Evaluate, propose and lead technological innovation initiatives, including adoption of new tools, SRE practices, large-scale security and observability solutions. * Represent the area in audits, supplier meetings and presentations to senior leadership, demonstrating technical mastery and strategic vision of the environment. * Have experience with GitHub Actions (GHA), ephemeral runners and enterprise-grade CI/CD solutions, ensuring process improvements in scalability, performance, security and compliance. * Develop and maintain advanced technical documentation, promoting process standardization and knowledge sharing across teams. Mentor and develop people, identifying talent and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. * **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in high-performance activities within Kubernetes environments (OpenShift, EKS, AKS). * Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, security, governance and best practices (deployments, configmaps, secrets, network policies, RBAC, etc.). * Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Cloudbees) and large-scale automation (Python, Shell Script, Go or similar). * Hands-on experience with observability, advanced troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, Dynatrace, etc.). * Experience defining and implementing DevOps and SRE practices (Service Level Objectives, Error Budgets, Chaos Engineering, etc.). Strong experience in multi-cluster and/or regulated environments, with emphasis on security, compliance and auditing. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS, Red Hat OpenShift Specialist). * Experience in digital transformation projects, application modernization and enterprise-scale microservices adoption. * Experience operating in highly critical, highly available and mission-critical environments. * Knowledge of Kubernetes security tools and practices (OPA/Gatekeeper, Kube-bench, Istio, Service Mesh, etc.). Active participation in technical communities, events, study groups or open-source contributions. * **Desirable Requirements:** * Strong analytical capability, systemic vision and organizational influence. * Proactivity, extreme ownership and ability to make decisions in highly complex scenarios. * Collaborative profile, capable of leading strategic initiatives, multiplying knowledge and providing technical support to diverse areas.
