That is why we continually seek new talents oriented toward making a difference alongside us. #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, administer, and provide support for operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, DOS, etc.), LAN, WAN, and MAN networks; * Manage domain accounts (registro.com.br) for the lab; * Monitor and support logical network security systems (firewall, Sysgate, etc.); * Monitor and support antivirus systems (AVG, etc.); * Provide support for enterprise management systems (RM, RMS, etc.); * Administer user access and profiles; * Manage servers, disks, backups, and systems; * Implement, configure, administer, and support systems and infrastructure (hardware, software, and communications); * Migrate environments; * Respond to service requests; * Train and support users; * Support users on systems utilized in the lab; * Assist the IT management team in developing and implementing IT department policies; * Comply with IT department policies; * Maintain hardware and software inventory control for the lab; * Keep the lab’s hardware and software asset register rigorously up to date; * Assist the IT management team in developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment; * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment; * Monitor LAN, WAN, and MAN networks; #### **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, etc.). Postgraduate studies in computer networking or information security are desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Windows (Active Directory, File Server, Proxy, Firewall, DHCP, DNS, Database, etc.); Linux; VMware; computer networking; general public service; backup/restore operations; protection and monitoring systems.
