Act as a bridge between business areas and internal departments, ensuring alignment on requests. Support automation initiatives and continuous system improvement. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose adjustments. Integrate customer databases into the CRM, ensuring data consistency and standardization. Perform customer data cleansing and validation to ensure quality and completeness. Build dashboards, visualizations, and analyses of customer metrics (e.g., active base, churn, revenue, engagement). Structure databases and analytical models for delinquency analysis, identifying patterns and risks. Conduct data analysis and cleansing for compensation processes (franchisees and internal staff). Analyze and validate network registration data, ensuring information coherence and integrity. Support franchisees in handling disputes related to compensation and payments. Serve internal and external stakeholders by providing clarifications on compensation policies and operational data. ### **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Production Engineering, or related fields. ### **Additional Requirements** Knowledge of franchising Willingness to travel occasionally. ### **Technical Competencies** Experience in business and requirements analysis. Knowledge of identifying improvement opportunities. Experience in digital transformation projects. Experience in stakeholder management. ### **Required Experience** Experience in business analysis. Previous experience in IT projects. History of working with agile methodologies. Experience in Telecommunications ### **Other Courses and Certifications** Experience with CRM, Connect Master, PL/SQL, and Power BI. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
