Job Summary: A Recruitment and Selection professional responsible for posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering psychological tests to evaluate candidates. Use of psychological tests in selection **Responsibilities:** * Draft and post job openings across various channels, including specialized job sites and social media; * Review received resumes and select candidates matching the job profile; * Conduct interviews (individual or group) to assess technical and behavioral competencies; * Administer psychological tests to evaluate candidate competencies. **Requirements** * Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and selection; * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Active CRP registration. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Benefits** * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance.
