Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI Description: Basic requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in Capex project planning; * Experience in large-scale projects and industrial construction; * Advanced knowledge of MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI; * Knowledge of FEL methodology; * Intermediate English; You stand out if you have: * PMP certification or postgraduate degree in Project Management and Planning; * Advanced English; * Experience in food industry projects, particularly dairy industry projects. Brief Description: Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the milestones defined for the project, to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. Detailed Description: * Define, based on project scope and deliverables, the logical sequence of project phases to identify the critical path (the longest activity sequence) for schedule development. * Develop the execution schedule to monitor the stages identified in construction planning, aiming to define controls to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Consolidate and align multiple schedules with multidisciplinary aspects. * Control and monitor activity progress through occasional site visits, data analysis, team reports, and other information sources to ensure timely deliveries. * Ensure periodic construction progress reporting, highlighting advances, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Conduct periodic planning and construction control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Participate in interface area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility, to align and identify potential interferences impacting planned project development. * Provide operational guidance to the team and assign tasks to be performed in the area, facilitating and integrating team work to enhance efforts toward achieving results. * Be responsible for assigning competencies and working hours of personnel for operations under your responsibility, evaluating workload demands, individual needs, and legal compliance requirements—ensuring administrative aspects of employment relationships (e.g., vacations, timekeeping, job role or workplace changes) are properly managed in coordination with your immediate manager. * Ensure all team members under your supervision understand and comply with company policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date training for their respective operational roles per established procedures. * Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. * Participate in occupational safety routines, conducting inspections, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and other related events. 251110020218849805
