The professional will be responsible for conducting in-person and/or online customer interactions, understanding client needs, offering personalized solutions, and supporting brand growth through differentiated, human-centered service. **Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person and digital sales and customer service. * Prospect and retain clients, building long-term relationships. * Understand client needs and recommend suitable products. * Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team results. * Organize and restock products in-store, maintaining a clean and appealing space. * Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. * Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. **Requirements** * Prior sales experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, dynamic personality with a results-oriented mindset * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and engage diverse audiences * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of dietary supplements, nutrition, or the fitness industry * Experience in consultative customer service * Proficiency in social media and digital sales **What We Offer** * Fixed salary + sales commission + expense allowance * Ongoing training and development * Motivating and collaborative work environment * Opportunity for career growth within the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday (with alternate Saturdays off) Job Type: Full-time Pay: R$1,518.00 - R$3,000.00 per month
