We are growing and want to strengthen our Tax team! **What We Expect From You** * Solid experience in Tax Law * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and decision-making ability * Practical mindset, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills * Confidence to manage complex and strategic projects **Key Responsibilities** * Lead implementation projects related to Tax Reform (IBS, CBS, transition, and specific regimes) * Design operational and tax models compatible with the new system * Draft legal opinions, technical studies, and strategic memoranda * Work on corporate reorganizations with significant tax implications * Develop advanced tax planning strategies * Directly engage with strategic clients and partners * Monitor legislative and regulatory developments * Review and structure contracts from a tax perspective **Requirements** * Minimum of 8 years of experience in Tax Law * Proven experience with Tax Reform or structuring projects * Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Advanced English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Practical experience with IBS, CBS, specific regimes, and non-cumulativity * Experience in highly complex projects * Postgraduate degree in Tax Law * Experience working with regulated sectors, sports, or entertainment **What We Offer** * Real leadership in a strategic area * Direct engagement with anchor clients * Technical, dynamic, and collaborative environment * Concrete opportunities for growth and leadership * High professional visibility **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Omint health insurance plan (100% company-paid); * Hybrid work model (1 day per week remote); * Performance bonus; * Commission for new business referrals. ?
