This professional performs essential functions to ensure traffic flow, accurate toll fee recording, and compliance with toll plaza safety regulations. * Collect toll fees according to vehicle categories and established rates; * Assist users by providing information on toll amounts and payment methods (cash, card, etc.); * Issue and deliver toll payment receipts to users, ensuring accurate transaction records; * Monitor vehicle flow to maintain traffic efficiency at toll booths; * Handle cash exchanges and manage funds accurately, ensuring collection precision; * Maintain the organization of the toll booth and service area, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Inform users about traffic conditions, lane closures, or other relevant matters when necessary; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Know, understand, and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety Management Systems, as applicable to the role, per company guidelines or current legislation; * Comply with toll plaza operational safety standards; * Record and report any incidents or irregularities in vehicle flow or toll collection operations; * Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation, verifying and recording collected amounts; * Serve customers and drivers cordially and respectfully to ensure a positive service experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Desirable knowledge or experience in collection procedures and cash handling operations, as well as proficiency in basic arithmetic and cash handling. **Additional Information** On-site work at highway toll plazas; Work schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Eastern MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS\-112 highway and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR\-262 highway concession, covering the segment beginning at kilometer 360\+100 at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to kilometer 799 at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned segment lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, traversing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
