Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to lead our Distribution Center (DC) operations, managing merchandise flow and ensuring inventory accuracy with the team. Essential proficiency in Bling ERP and inventory control We seek a dynamic and highly organized professional to lead our DC operations. You will be the guardian of our inventory, ensuring flawless inbound and outbound merchandise flow, maintaining data accuracy in the Bling system, and leading the team so that every order reaches the end customer correctly. You must be hands-on and manage production by example. **Key Responsibilities** * **Flow Management:** Supervise and execute the entire process of product receiving (inbound) and shipping (outbound). * **System Control (Bling):** Maintain real-time updates of all transactions in the Bling ERP, ensuring physical and virtual inventory remain fully synchronized. * **Inventory:** Conduct periodic and cyclic stock counts to prevent losses, damages, or inventory discrepancies. * **Rigorous Verification:** Validate 100% item verification for all incoming and outgoing goods to prevent billing or shipping errors. * **Order Management:** Responsible for releasing orders to the picking team, prioritizing urgent requests and carrier/Correios pickup schedules. * **Organization and Cleanliness (5S):** Ensure the workplace and shelving are logically organized to optimize picking efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in logistics or warehouse supervision. * **Proficiency in Bling ERP (essential)** or advanced experience with similar management systems. * Leadership profile with focus on problem-solving and agility. * Meticulous attention to codes, SKUs, and quantities. * Flexible availability and comfort with digital tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of e-commerce (marketplace) logistics processes. * Experience managing operational teams. **Additional Information:** * **Salary: R$2.800 to R$3.200 (commensurate with experience)** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SEND RESUMES TO 34 992932253** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,800.00 – R$3,200.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Describe your experience in this field. * Do you have experience with BLING ERP? * Do you own a vehicle?
