Organization, proactivity, and good communication We are seeking a **Purchasing Assistant** to support the procurement of parts, tires, equipment, vehicles, and services related to fleet and internal operations. The professional will be responsible for supporting departmental routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and compliance in procurement processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support obtaining quotations from suppliers of general products, services, and equipment; * Assist in preparing and updating spreadsheets containing commercial proposals, prices, and delivery timelines; * Register purchase orders in the system and monitor the process until delivery; * Monitor deadlines and support material receipt control; * Support inventory execution and strategic material stock control; * Support general purchasing department routines and requests. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); * Prior experience in administrative or purchasing roles; * Basic negotiation knowledge; * Basic Excel and integrated systems knowledge. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in purchasing and budgeting expertise; * ERP system knowledge (Protheus/TOTVS preferred). ### **Behavioral Profile** We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, ability to work collaboratively, and attention to detail. **On-site work – Uberlândia/MG** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
