Creating a pleasant environment JOB POSTING: GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT – SANTA MONICA CONDOMINIUM Job Description: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the condominium's common areas, ensuring organization, hygiene, and a pleasant environment for residents. Duties include daily cleaning routines, restocking supplies, and other activities related to the proper functioning of the premises. Salary: BRL 1,700.00 + Hazard Pay: BRL 303.00 + BRL 400.00 Food Allowance + Transportation Allowance or Commuting Reimbursement Schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off and 1 Sunday off per month.) Requirements: Commitment and willingness to perform cleaning tasks.
