Job Summary: A professional responsible for training and guiding the team, supervising activities to ensure quality standards, and guaranteeing compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, reporting performance to management. Ensuring safety and hygiene standards · Training and guidance: Train new team members and continuously guide them on the proper use of equipment, products, and best practices. · Activity supervision: Monitor and inspect performed services to ensure they meet required standards. · Compliance with regulations: Ensure the team adheres to all safety and hygiene regulations, proper use of PPE, and workplace conduct standards. · Reporting and feedback: Report progress, team needs, and any issues to supervisors and management. Prior leadership experience and driver's license category B are required.
