Opportunity for learning and development in administrative routines **Position: Administrative Assistant** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to office organization, customer service, and routine administrative support. We seek someone proactive, organized, and with strong communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone customer service, performing reception duties and supporting visitors/employees; * Organizing and maintaining basic office cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment; * Preparing coffee and taking turns managing the kitchen area with the team; * Controlling and purchasing office supplies and other necessary materials; * Performing administrative routines with internal support and training; * Requesting and tracking internal quotations; * Supporting various administrative tasks across the company. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Collaborative mindset and proactivity in daily tasks. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience in customer service or administrative routines. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 (one-hour lunch break) Job Type: Full-time Pay: R$1,518.00 - R$1,800.00 per month
