Job Summary: This professional will assist in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, advising on the implementation and control of procedures, preparing reports, and delivering training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System 2. Participating in the development of quality procedures and instructions 3. Monitoring quality and analyzing products * Assist in the development and maintenance process of the Quality Management System by gathering information and feedback to evaluate implemented programs and procedures. * Advise the Quality Coordinator and Supervisor on implementing Quality Management System activities to ensure execution complies with established standards. * Participate in developing and drafting quality-related procedures, instructions, and records. * Respond to consumer complaints. * Issue Nonconformance Reports and propose corrective actions. * Distribute and control copies of quality procedures. * Track quality-related occurrences (complaints and NCs), entering data for statistical report generation. * Address client requests regarding product and company documentation. * Maintain quality record controls. * Monitor temperature and humidity in production areas. * Analyze and direct stored products in the returns department, including rejected and recalled items. * Prepare technical reports. * Deliver training and participate in training sessions and meetings. * Conduct 5S/GMP inspections and generate action plans for identified nonconformities. * Identify and report quality failures/nonconformities found in production areas. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Quality, or related fields. * Prior experience in the quality field is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of quality programs (5S and GMP) is desirable. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Free parking * Monthly Start product kit * Tangará Club membership * Gympass * Vidalink (wellness and health) * Onhappy (leisure travel benefit) * Commercial partnerships and discounts Salary: R$2.490,80 per month Workplace: On-site
