Job Summary: We are seeking a partner to prepare and coordinate architectural design projects, developing complete projects, improvement projects, and revitalization projects, including landscape architecture. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and coordination of various architectural design projects 2. Development of complete design projects and improvement projects 3. Technical support in interface with various disciplines We currently have a partnership opportunity in the design field. Responsibilities: * Preparation and coordination of architectural design projects; * Development of complete (full) design projects, from preliminary study to executive phase; * Improvement, adaptation, and revitalization projects for existing spaces; * Development of landscape architecture projects; * Preparation of locker room, bathroom, and support area design projects; * Development and interpretation of industrial floor plans; * Technical support in interface with other disciplines (engineering, suppliers, and clients). Requirements: * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience with corporate/industrial projects is a plus; * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); * Organizational skills, aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Must reside in the region.
