Direct support to operational routines at a slaughterhouse. **LOCATION:** Slaughterhouse – Laranjeiras do Sul; **SCHEDULE:** 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday; **WORK MODE:** On-site; **CONTRACT TYPE:** CLT. **Responsibilities:** * Process mapping, identification of losses, and conducting chronometric analyses; * Data collection, compilation, and analysis, including development and monitoring of performance indicators; * Daily production scheduling and control, including yield analysis; * Invoice entry, supply assessment, and support for operational routines. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Logical reasoning and proactivity; * Strong communication skills.
