Work model: Hybrid \- 1 day onsite Unit: Uberlândia/MG **Your Day-to-Day** As a Junior Customer Experience Analyst, you will work within the Billing Management department, and your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing and improving credit card billing processes, including delinquency, rollover, retention actions, and portfolio segmentation * Participating in the launch, monitoring, and advancement of actions, projects, and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and improvement of card billing processes * Handling, processing, and analyzing databases to generate insights and support decision-making * Building performance reports and analyses using Excel and analytical tools **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Technical knowledge of credit card billing processes, especially delinquency, rollover, and portfolio segmentation * Advanced Excel skills (data processing, pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards) * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
