Job Summary: The Production Assistant supports the manufacturing of fiberglass products, operating equipment, performing maintenance and testing, and carrying out finishing tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in product strength testing **Job Description:** The Production Assistant will support the preparation and production of crossarms and other fiberglass products, with responsibilities including assisting in the operation of equipment for final product manufacturing—such as filament winding machines, demolding tools, drilling machines, among others—participating in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and the factory unit in general, feeding equipment with required raw materials, completing production control forms, formulating resin for application, participating in strength testing of finished products, performing painting and finishing of manufactured products, and assisting in material loading and unloading. **Working Hours:** Commercial shift schedule—Monday to Friday, from 06:20 AM to 4:08 PM Fixed day off on Sundays; Saturdays off once or twice per month. **Experience Requirements:** Manual tools, angle grinders, drills, etc. (Preferred) Industrial work experience (Preferred) **Benefits:** Medical assistance without copayment (after 3 months); Pharmacy card (after 3 months); Meal allowance (R$200.00); On-site meals; Breakfast / afternoon snack; Transportation allowance; Tangará Club; Basic food basket; Dental plan; **Additional Allowances:** Hazardous work allowance Attendance bonus Productivity bonus Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1.735,45 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
