Handle administrative tasks, inventory control, and sales strategies. **Job Description:** Max Shop is looking for a proactive, responsible, and leadership-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support team and daily store operational management. This professional will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure excellence in customer service, store organization, achievement of sales targets, and execution of administrative routines. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise store administrative activities, including team attendance tracking, report generation, document verification, file organization, and support in financial processes; * Support the Store Manager in team leadership; * Monitor employee performance together with the Store Manager; * Ensure product organization, restocking, and pricing; * Support the Store Manager in store and cashier opening/closing procedures; * Manage inventory and merchandise receiving; * Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty; * Act as substitute for the Store Manager during their absence. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is preferred); * Prior experience in leadership roles within retail; * Knowledge of store operational, administrative, and customer service routines; * Skills in people management and conflict resolution; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation.
