Job Summary: A professional responsible for project development and review, workflow optimization, deadline management, and assurance of quality and technical compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the development and review of complex projects, ensuring technical rigor. 2. Optimize workflows and manage deadlines to ensure continuity of construction works. 3. Ensure standardization and quality of projects in accordance with technical standards. * Directly participate in project development/review and verify technical details requiring higher expertise, ensuring standardization and technical rigor of deliverables. * Develop and optimize workflows among departments involved in the planning and budgeting process. * Directly participate in the development of complex projects and technical details requiring higher expertise. * Manage delivery deadlines for internal teams and external consultants, ensuring continuity of construction works in alignment with project plans. * Ensure all drawings and documents comply with technical standards and the construction company's quality standards. * Translate field requirements into rapid project adjustments, ensuring constructability. * Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in budget preparation, ensuring the project adheres to the initial execution plan and budget for implementation. * Develop/organize and update the project release schedule for the construction site.
