Strategic contribution to digital products and services. **About the opportunity:** * 2 days per week onsite at our headquarters, located in Rio de Janeiro’s city center. * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur contract) * Remuneration: R$4\-5k * **Please submit your portfolio** **Requirements and Skills** * Degree in Design, completed or in progress, is a plus. * Portfolio required. * Knowledge of usability, design principles, and digital products (UI/UX and research). * Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Understanding of Design Systems and componentization. * Basic knowledge of usability testing. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and quickly adapt to scope changes. * Knowledge and experience creating personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and discovery activities. * Strong communication and writing skills; consistently advocate for the user and design perspectives. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. * Basic knowledge of usability testing. * Experience facilitating opportunity generation, Design Thinking, and similar approaches. * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure product journeys are delivered as planned, always prioritizing persona creation, empathy mapping, journey mapping, discovery, and blueprinting. * Contribute to spreading UX design culture across the company; **understand UX methods (hypothesis formulation, desk research, journey mapping, usability testing, wireframing, accessibility, prototyping, delivery, evaluation, and documentation);** * Collaborate closely with Tech Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, and Front\-end and Back\-end Developers. * Possess foundational knowledge of research, interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses. * Contribute strategically to the development of digital products and services, including defining implementation roadmaps. * Conduct ongoing reviews to improve future and existing journeys and experiences. * Monitor success/experience metrics for solutions, focusing on retention and engagement. * Deliver presentations and defend design processes/principles. * Conduct discovery processes to understand usage contexts and problems, mapping hypotheses and opportunities. * Critically analyze quantitative and qualitative data to consolidate insights aligned with defined objectives. * Tangibilize and validate user-centered solutions, documenting key learnings and decisions throughout the process. * Ensure quality and consistency in the use of proposed solutions and interfaces, reinforcing MAG product aspects, constructive standards, and project documentation. * Discuss metrics and outcomes of team deliverables.
