Job Summary: The Warehouse Leader in Valença is responsible for the entire cocoa management process at the branch, from receipt to dispatch, including quality assessment and team supervision. And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! **About the Position** This position is primarily responsible for executing the entire process of cocoa receipt, classification, segregation, storage, inventory, and dispatch at the branch. The professional will interact closely with suppliers and serve as the direct point of contact upon raw material delivery to the facility. They will also be responsible for managing and ensuring the safety of the third-party team involved in cocoa handling (stevedores). **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Receive, classify, weigh, store, and conduct inventory of cocoa; * Assess cocoa quality and issue technical reports; * Issue documents and invoices related to receipt; * Control physical warehouse inventory and stock levels; * Monitor cocoa transfers to factories; * Supervise third-party activities and headcount; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures; * Maintain daily, direct relationships with suppliers. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (technical agricultural or higher education in related fields preferred); * Prior experience in warehouse operations and logistics processes preferred; * Basic knowledge of people management and occupational safety; * Strong communication skills, organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset; * Willingness to travel; * Preferably residing in **Valença – BA**.
