Communication with maintenance and procurement teams We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage and organize spare parts and materials used in the maintenance of trucks and buses. The professional will support departmental operational routines, ensuring agility and accuracy in logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * + Picking items according to workshop or other department requests; + Managing material inflow and outflow in the system; + Assisting with inventory counts and audits; + Organizing physical inventory, ensuring products are properly identified and stored; + Receiving, inspecting, and storing spare parts, accessories, and various materials; + Assisting with invoice verification and identifying potential discrepancies; + Communicating with maintenance and procurement teams to align requirements; + Complying with safety regulations and good organizational practices. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Driver's license category B is desirable. * Experience in warehouse/storeroom routines. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18
