




Job Summary: A Personnel Department professional to manage hiring processes, HR routines, time tracking, benefits administration, and support wellness programs, with emphasis on communication and organization. Supporting occupational health and safety programs Job Responsibilities * Conduct hiring processes, from initial contact with the employee through system registration, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. * Assist in administering Personnel Department routines, including terminations, vacations, and payroll processing. * Monitor and track employee time records. * Support benefits administration (health insurance, dental insurance, Gympass, among others). * Provide employee assistance to clarify inquiries. * Conduct new employee onboarding and monitor the initial probationary period. * Support occupational health, safety, and wellness programs. * Assist in internal and external audits related to the Personnel Department and Human Resources. * Manage and update physical and digital employee files and documents. * Prepare and control badge issuance. Requirements * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience with Personnel Department routines. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Familiarity with ERP systems for payroll and electronic time tracking. * Intermediate Excel proficiency required. * Basic Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Experience with the Senior system will be considered an advantage. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Aptitude for handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
