We seek an organized, analytical professional with excellent operational control, capable of directly managing hearings, drafting procedural deadlines, and overseeing legal matters—ensuring security, agility, and efficiency in the firm’s operations. Key responsibilities: * Monitoring and tracking procedural deadlines; * Drafting pleadings and procedural statements; * Managing and organizing hearings; * Conducting labor hearings; * Entering and verifying information in legal systems; * Monitoring cases in courts and electronic systems; * Organizing internal workflows and providing operational support to the legal team; * Verifying official publications and distributing tasks; * Strategic legal controller activities; * Using the AdvBox system for procedural and operational management. Requirements: * Active OAB registration; * Prior experience in legal controller roles; * Experience drafting deadlines and conducting hearings; * Knowledge of procedural management and deadline compliance; * Experience with the AdvBox system; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Excellent demand management and deadline adherence; * Availability to work on-site in Salvador/BA.
